A Better Ear.
Needed earwax removal and got an appointment with Penelope. Service was too class, from initial contact with Damien to set up the appointment, then the follow up offering me an earlier date due to a cancellation. On the day, Penelope was great, with full explanations of the process and great care over comfort and safety. Heartily recommend and will definitely return when I need another appointment.

A Better Ear.
I've been putting off getting hearing aides for over a decade (I'm in my 40s), but I thought I'd try A Better Ear after reading the amazing reviews. The entire process of testing to fitting to the end result of wearing my first hearing aides was a really (surprisingly) enjoyable process. I had complete confidence in Penelope and her recommendations and I am so happy with the results. I literally walked out of there hearing sounds I haven't heard for years. Thank you Penelope and Damien for everything. You make an amazing team!

I can not thank 'A Better Ear' enough they truly are a fabulous team. From the moment I made the call to book in Damien was super helpful and informative. I felt totally at ease and in great hands. Penelope the Audiologist has a wonderful warm and empathic nature. She is so professional and spent so much time with me making sure I was comfortable. They have a great sustainable set up with top of the range equipment and the pricing is very good. I wish I'd have found them earlier, but grateful I've found them now and will be returning in the future. I highly recommend 'A Better Ear' thank you Penelope and Damien. With Kindness Lucy : )

A Better Ear.
The experience of my wife and I with ABE was excellent.Nothing pushy like some we had used in the past - just an extremely thorough evaluation combined with a most comprehensive education. Penelope is just so thorough and empathetic - focussed on us. I can't recommend her and Damien highly enough. They wil be the custodian of por ears and hearing processes for life.

It is so good to go to a truly professional and dedicated audiologist. Penelope is very thorough and provides comprehensive information about how the tests work and what they have revealed as well as explaining very well the required adjustments to my aids. I came away not only very happy with the result of my visit but also with greatly improved knowledge about hearing and how my hearing aids work.Both Penelope and Damien are very friendly and personable people. When I first dropped in to A Better Ear I had numerous dumb questions which Damien handled with aplomb setting me at ease very quickly and then helping me through the minor paper work. Thank you both for your great service!

A Better Ear.
I had a referral by my GP to have a pesky hair removed from deep in my ear. Right from my initial contact with Damien on the phone to make the appointment booking, this place has been lovely. The waiting room when you walk in is so calming and inviting, with beautifully cared for plants, soft music in the background and smells lovely with the diffuser going in the background. Damien has a lovely manner in greeting people both in person and over the phone. Penelope who is the Audiologist is very lovely. Very professional and explains everything to you prior to going anywhere near your ear. She has a clear love of her profession in Ear Health. I would highly recommend A Better Ear.

Penelope and Damien made me feel welcome from the start. Penelope made sure I got all the information I needed and I was comfortable with my hearing aids. So friendly and professional and so lovely to feel I mattered and was not just another number. I would highly recommend A Better Ear to anyone needing help with their hearing.
