Holy Nails & Spa Salon

I’m really disappointed. Came in for SNS. The polish started to crack after a week and after a week and a half completely started coming off! I can’t believe I paid $60 for SNS only for it to come right off. SNS should last weeks! My nails grow really quickly so I like SNS because at least I get a few weeks out of it. I’ve never had it come off before. Usually it needs to be removed in the salon.

Best salon in Canberra, I’ve been here many times and they do a beautiful job every time and always manage to fit me in for a walk in appointment that’s a short wait or none at all :)

Great experience, they did a great job, pricing is great, customer service is great, I was extremely happy with my nails and haven't had such a positive experience anywhere else in Canberra so far. Would highly recommend to all my friends, will definitely be going there from now on.

When i arrived at the Queen Bee salon i was told to go to the Holy Nails Salon as there owned by the same owner. A young asian man did my pedicure and the water was boiling hot. He started doing my manicure once i had finished my pedicure. A older Asian lady took over. She poured paint thinner in the nail polish as it was running out. I didn't pay $45 to have bad quality polish.She mixed shellac gel top coat and normal polish on my nail. The lady got the polish all over my hand aswell and had to use acetone to remove it..Two hours later it was all over my $200 jacket and smudged and peeling as the photos below show. I went back to the store and the owner said in Winter the nails don't dry properly and it comes off easy. What a load of BS. I asked for a refund and she said they can't..... BS aswell.. she also said to me its the paint thinner there is no shellac or gel polish used..So a another worker re painted my nails. She even said gel and shellac had been used. She couldn't believe how bad it was. As a owner of a business you take responsibility for your staff. If someone makes a mistake you apologise and offer a refund straight away. I usually love this place but will not be going back or recommend to anyone else.

Very bad service. Me and my friend with our partners visited yesterday.. we 4 had pedi they took very long to finish it. Me and my friend did acrylic full set we regret getting done by them. I asked for square shape nails but they did flare shape which I really hate. They took 3 hours for this service. Even my friend was not happy with her french nails. And also They charge too much. I will never recommend this place to anyone. And im not going back..

I haven't been back to Holy Nails for a few years, mainly because manicures weren't a priority for me. Whenever I had gotten a manicure there before I was impressed with service, efficiency and value for money. Due to starting a new job tomorrow and attending a very special gala as part of my new job on Tuesday evening I decided to get a manicure. I turned up without an appointment around 4pm Sunday. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I had to wait, at most 5 min and two members of staff apologised to me for the wait. The service was as I remembered - very skilled, efficient and great value for money. There are nail salons in Canberra that charge a lot more and who don't provide such great value or results. When my manicure was finished and my nails looking beautiful it was explained to me that due to the cold weather my nails would take longer to dry. They suggested I sit in one of their massage chairs, which they switched on and I had a relaxing time while ensuring my nails were dry enough to leave. Thank you Holy Nails, I will be back.

My daughter and I attended today and the service here was very good. We were offered water during our pedicures and had lovely massages as a part of the pedicure - the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The end result was perfect and my daughter and I had a great time together. Would recommend!
