Awesome experience. I had a falafel bowl, and it was just amazing. The staff is really nice and the atmosphere is relaxingDefinitely worth it

Wonderful spot for breakfast and amazing coffee! Staff and owner were faultless, their welcoming manner and customer service was 10/10. Lots of variety food wise and great prices, premises clean and tidy, keep up the great work guys, highly recommend! Thank you

Had a lovely chili scrambled egg with bacon as a side. There is a gentle and mild spiciness on it with a creamy taste of egg and its sauce. Bread at the bottom was just right for me in terms of hardness. I didn't expect bacon would add noticeable cost for it, but I wanted it anyway and I think it was worth it.I came back for other dishes (Shashuka, Butter chicken, Breakfast burger, french toast, etc), and they were all satisfying!Overall, I had a wonderful experience, I will definitely come again.

Was back in Melbourne visiting friends and popped in for breakfast. The staff were super lovely and helpful and the food was fresh and delicious. I had the chef special, scrambled eggs with Mediterranean potato, hollumi, taziki and flat bread. One of the tastiest breakfasts I’ve had!

Great coffee shop, cozy, tiny and frequented by locals. The coffee is delicious, creamy and flavorful. Friendly/ efficient staff. Prices are ok.

10/10 pulled pork egg Benedict, wholesome, perfectly cooked and presented, simply one of the best in Melbourne ...6/10 Shakshouka needs a tune-up, it was runny, bland, no flavour meat ...Campos coffee beans and La Marzocco combo, a bit cuppacino froth on the soylatte.Awesome service ... pleasant, modern, rustic ambience.

great cafe. food was very nice and reasonably priced. great atmosphere. been here a couple times and its always great. will come back and recomend if in the area. (i wasnt a fan of their music choice but it was pretty quiet anyway)

Located in Union Street, Ascot Vale is Little Byrd Café. It has recently had some renovations and the interior is nice and modern with lovely table and chairs. There is also an upstairs area now.Everything looked great on the menu and it took us a while to work out what we would like to have for breakfast. We decided on the Chilli Scrambled Eggs, the Shakshuka and the French Toast. While we were waiting on the dishes we enjoyed a coffee each. Great coffee, lovely and smooth.Shakshuka is always a go to and Little Byrds didn’t disappoint. Very tasty and the perfect serve of bread to wipe the skillet clean! The chilli scrambled eggs was delicious. Just the right amount of heat combined with the silky eggs and slices of mushrooms. The French Toast isn’t just IG worthy, it’s so yummy too. Its light fresh flavours made it the perfect sweet dish. We would definitely visit again.Little Byrd is a busy cafe with a relaxing vibe. Service was polite and prompt. We sat outside despite the chilly summer weather. Coffees came almost straight away. Rabih suggested the French toast and whatever else we would like. The Shakshuka and chilli scrambled eggs came out reasonably quickly followed by Rabihs recommended French Toast. The table exploded with the sight and smells of delicious food.We thank Little Byrd for a lovely Saturday morning breakfast. We experienced Little Bryd as guests. All of our opinions are genuine and are based on our experience at the time of our visit.
