I spent a few days in Merimbula for the Christmas break and decided to go to a yoga class before leaving. Words can't describe how inspiring and enriching my experience with Trish's one hour class was, it left a lasting impression on my mind and I wanted to share.I have been practising yoga for 2 years and tried many studios in Sydney, and this class was by far the best I've ever been to: I left feeling so relaxed and happy but feeling strong and full of energy at the same time, the perfect introduction to Forest yoga.I highly recommend.

Merimbula is blessed with this wonderful Yoga Studio. The yoga teachers are very experienced, kind compassionate and helpful with correct technique.
