It was a pleasure to have both Dylan G and Lucas install our lift for us. We found them to be very punctual and hard-working, with a keen eye for detail. At all times they were very polite, respectful and well-mannered. This was coupled with a great sense of humour that we found refreshing and made communication with them so much easier. They made every effort to vacuum and clean up at the end of the day. We would welcome them into our house anytime. Great ambassadors for Lift Shop.

Since my husband had knee problem and we decided not move to a partment, then add a home lift will be a best option.That is not difficult to choice a right company after I spend half day search from internet, majority Google reviews told me that Lift shop is the best compeny compair with quality service and prices.At past time, we had best servies from Lift Shop staffs, they are.sales and design Liam, contraction manage David,office organiser Kylie, install engineer Chris and Italy manufacturer done such beautiful product.Now, my husband and I are so happy to using the lift everyday though 3 levels and enjoy our easily and better life.Thanks, Lift shop and all kindly and smart stuffs.Last Friday 4/11/2022 Lift Shop technician Daniel came to fix the noise of the lift.This problem had annoyed me for few months. Daniel was very profasional and founded reason quickly, spent hours to take off the panel and fixed up. Now the noise is gone and we are more happy with Lift Shop's product.Thanks again.Joanna shi

Recently we had a Q1 Lift installed by ‘The Lift Shop’ at our home in Batemans.Luke and Wayne (the installers) worked very hard over 4 days to install our lift successfully. During the time they were here they were both courteous and professional as they went about their work. In my option - The service provided by the Lift Shop throughout the procurement of our lift was 5 star.The end result is a high quality product that will future proof our two storey house for my wife and I as we grow older.

John and Ahmed have just finished servicing our lift. They were prompt and very courteous.They answered any questions I had with patience and clarity.I couldn’t fault their service and would welcome them back for any further servicing.

Our company recently had to shut down the power to the building for maintenance work - only to find the lift didn't start up again when the power came back on. Jack from The Lift Shop came out in no time and spent 2 hours making sure every aspect of the lift was working again. The lift sounded even quieter than before! Claudia from the finance team was also extremely efficient with responding to my invoice query. Great team of people to deal with, and I highly recommend The Lift Shop.

Just had Jack from the Lift Shop service the lift. He was friendly, efficient and very professional. In addition to the service, he helped me figure out a SIM card issue with the lift and tightened the door handle to the lift area. Great guy, great service.

Very professional & thorough communication from start to end. Liam attended in first instance to advise & quote, very professional & explained everything so well.Our installers, Dylan G & Lukas were a pleasure to have in our home for 4 days…True gentlemen with impeccable manners & so easy to be around…They left our home each day immaculate despite the amount of packaging & mess involved…they worked long hours in the middle of summer, had to stay away from their homes & families but still they presented each day with a happy demeanour.Nothing was a problem to them…We would be happy to recommend them to anyone & wish them well for their future . Jack is very good, he shares his experience that getting a prepaid sim card at Aldi Mobile so I can keep the telephone line of the lift with cheap payment every year. So helpful!!

I have been using John Cummings from the Lift shop for the past 10 years . I have found his knowledge and dedication to his work to be second to none . All maintenance and repairs are carried out without fuss and experience in his field is excellent enabling him to troubleshoot and sort problems quickly . I would highly recommend John from the Liftshop.
