Concord Occasional Childcare Service

I send my 1year old baby to the care and paid 3hour which is minimum, but send only 2hr.To make best condition for my baby I did what I can do.Half of teacher they are not willing to care children and had horrible attitude. Especially One of young educator was lost her world.I am strongly recommend, if you love your child send them to proper centre.Hygiene???My baby had hand feet mouth disease and several flu in short term..Think about it

My daughter loves her time at Cubby. We own a local Real Estate business in Wentworth Point (Ray White) and having the flexiblity to days and hours has been wonderful. Thank you for providing a clean, safe, caring and fun environment for the little ones to develop in. :-)

We have been sending our child to this centre over the last few months. We have found the staff to be professional, kind, caring and supportive. The flexibility of this organisation suits our lifestyle and our child LOVES going to the centre. We have never had any problems with illness outside of what you would normally expect from a childcare and consider it to be a clean, organised and wonderful service.

Excellent care for my children. It's really flexible and you only pay for the days you use. You don't pay for public holidays/annual leave. It's also really clean and tidy.

Concord Occasional Care is perfect for my family. We needed something more flexible than long day care but with one parent in the armed forces and family all interstate having childcare available is really essential for us.My son can attend extra or longer days when his father is away, or we can simply not book in when we visit family interstate. We aren’t locked in to particular days and you simply pay for the hours that your child attends.Term placements are available for children who need to attend regular days but so far we have never had any difficulty booking the day or days we want. I love that I can send him for a whole day while I work or just for a few hours if I want to go to the gym or get my hair cut.The centre itself is so comfortable and cheerful and my son feels very safe there. The carers are truly incredible and have such a special relationship with all the kids.

Our family have been sending our kids to Concord Occasional Care for about 2.5 years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The educators are caring, warm, friendly, and professional, and the centre is very clean and tidy, whilst still feeling cosy for the kids. The flexibility is perfect for our family, but most importantly for us is that our kids feel safe, cared for, known, and they have so much fun!

I can’t recommend this centre highly enough. They have worked so wonderfully with my boy as he navigates some challenges. The team’s patience, kindness and genuine care for my son helps both myself and my son to be comfortable and safe that he is in good hands. The flexibility is just perfect for us and our lifestyle and allows time for therapies that we receive elsewhere. The team are always open and communicate honestly and with compassion for our family as a whole.
