F45 Training Peakhurst

Having trained at a few F45 studios over the years, it really does come down to the individual studio environment as to how much you'll enjoy it, and F45 Peakhurst is an amazing studio where everyone really does become your fitness family! Having moved to the area not knowing anyone, i've now got a friendship group made up of fantastic F45 Peaky friends :)My fitness and ability has improved through the roof in the 18 months I've been training at Peaky (who knew I could do a box jump??). The trainers really care about pushing you to achieve your best and make every person in the studio feel like they're part of the team.Cannot recommend F45 Peakhurst enough!

Absolutely love training here! The vibe, the trainers, the energy, the fun and most importantly the push the trainers give you. They push you to your limits and always strive to make sure you do your best!Thank you to the team there! I highly recommended Peakhurst F45 to anyone looking to join.

Very new to F45 Peakhurst, but so far so good. Great trainers, small classes, everyone very friendly. If you're thinking about it, just do it.

Loving F45 at Peakhurst!They have the best trainers who work hard to get to know you, motivate you and always recommend what is right for you during training sessions as well as eating the right foods, acquiring the right habits to reach your fitness goals. It’s definitely 5 star service and I highly recommend this place but I had to drop one star because I wish there were more classes on Saturdays & Sundays.

The Team at F45 Peakhurst are great. They know their stuff and are very supportive and offer so much advice and help.

Absolutely love F45 training and this studio!! I’ve tried out so many gyms and types of training, but have enjoyed this most by far. Not only the classes, but awesome trainers and atmosphere. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a good push, awesome training classes and just a fun time!

I’ve tried a number of training and fitness solutions over the years, but I can honestly say F45 at Peakhurst has been the most beneficial for me. Management and the trainers are attuned to individual needs. They genuinely care about your progress, any past injuries, overall physical and mental well-being and your customized goals. And my fellow gym members are all fun, easygoing and supportive. I haven’t looked back and I actually enjoy training again. Highly recommended!

What can I say about F45 Peakhurst.... I absolutely LOVE IT!!!The trainers are amazing. The really give you the push you need to achieve your goals.The other members are almost like family. The place really is like a community.It has become my second home away from home, if I miss a session, I feel like something is missing in my life.When I started 18months ago, I was in the worst shape of my life. I can now say that is no longer the case.If you ever want to join a gym, I can guarantee this is the right gym for you. You'll love every (45) minutes of it
