Snooze Tweed Heads

We had a problem with a mattress we bought a few years back, Greg was empathetic and understanding. He let us exchange it for a new mattress and even included delivery and collection of the old one. Outstanding customer service. Very happy with our new one.

Kim was absolutely fantastic. Went to Snooze to buy a doubl bed. But ended up getting more. Kim knew her products very well. And l had a great experience shopping at Snooze Tweed Heads. We are looking around at mattresses to purchase today and unfortunately snooze didn't have what we where after. But the staff there are fantastic. Micheal was super friendly and very knowledgeable. If we can't find anything today and we have to order i will definitely be going back to see Micheal.

Terrible delivery and installation service. Day waiting for delivery and then have to call them back to install. Delivery staff entered house without notifying owner, install then left!

I found the sales staff to be knowledgeable about their products, and very helpful. I had a difficulty following purchase that they were able to assist me with even though it was not their usual practice. I was grateful for this accommodation.

Glen was very helpful customer service was great and prices were so much better then other retailers. You can get a way better mattress for a better price.

Bought a bed very good price and good service

Good service in the store: salesman provided useful information about their mattresses. Advised delivery would be 'about' 10 days. Called back 11 days later (on a Wednesday) to check on delivery date. Advised that the mattress would 'probably' be arriving later in the week and delivered on Wednesday next week... 18 days after purchase. Hoping that the installation service is better than some of the other reviews here have reported. (UPDATE) Just received a call from the original salesman we dealt with (Glenn). He's pulled some strings and managed to get us into a delivery slot for this Friday, so that'll be 14 days from original purchase date. Revised from 2 stars to 4.
