Had a script to fill and needed a stat Dec signed. Appreciate they were busy but if you can't be bothered helping someone out when the JPs are on holidays, don't take the money for the script! You would be fully aware, or should be, that pharmacists are indeed able to sign the stat dec in such circumstances! Poor form, don't want to accept your responsibilities, don't do the job!!!

Today I bought 4 single use masks from Chempro, although the service was good I was charged $15.00ea. I didn't realize until I got home. They didn't have a price on them and we were not told the price. We were encouraged to buy an extra two without being told the price. I suppose you don't give refunds??

Don't deserve one star..I've been to this chemist a few times now. Latest visit was dreadful. Rude staff when putting my script in was hurried by male staff member and treated like an inconvenience. Then picking up my scripts was basically accused of stealing water. I always carry my own water. Treated like a criminal. Get your act together. Dont bother going there.

The cosmetics section manager was quite rude and unhelpful, and simply didn't want to price match a reputable competitors price, even though it met all of the official Chempro Price Match Policy" criteria. Will not be shopping here again..."

Funny how they advertise that they will price match any advertised price but unless you ask you get charged 4x what Chemist Warehouse sells their prescriptions for. Last two prescriptions cost me $28. Chemist Warehouse advertise the same prescription $7.A dollar or two more is fine, but a 400% mark up is outrages. I shop here for convenience but in future I think I'll be driving up to Treetops Chemist Warehouse out of principle. The staff know I'm a regular and still charge me top dollar.

Put in a prescription and when collected the price was outrageous. I asked if they price matched and after which the old sales person scoffed and approached the young female pharmacist a brief word and both started sniggering. If you try to stop being ripped off this shop will try a belittle you.

Hi! I don’t usually write reviews but every now and then someone amazing or a great store needs to be acknowledged. I dropped in today to have a quick browse of skin care and makeup with no expectation of service or even really even having anyone attend to me as I find it is so rare in pharmacies these days to come across people who are truly dedicated to their role or who show a genuine interest in customers. It’s so lovely to be greeted with a happy smile and to be welcomed to a store and assisted with high level knowledge by someone who just seemed so upbeat and friendly. I was given great recommendations and educated in the new skin 02 range and left feeling like I purchased what was perfect for me. I had laugh with the girl who served me (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) and was treated as more of a friend than just another customer. It’s not my local pharmacy but I will be coming back here again for everything I need as the energy here is great and I left with a bounce in my step.

Great Chempro . Always super friendly and fast service from all staff . The stand out is the head chemist , a total professional ...relaxed and kind man keeping an eye on everything . I always feel like Im in good hands . Happy Burleigh Local . J.

The manager here is far from nice. Very unprofessional.I tried to get my overseas vaccination certificate validated here but the manager just doesn't want to do it.The first time I came he told me to go away because it was Friday and he had better things to do on a Friday. The second time he also denied to do it because it was 20 minutes before closing the store (they had no customers and 4 employees staring at the ceiling).He just won't waste his time on something that doesn't bring him money, although this is a service that he has to provide.

Nick the pharmacist and his team where super helpful and very kind and knowledgeable. Considering the shop was busy he took the time to explain what I needed to do in treating my kids. I would highly recommend.
