Have eaten red rooster for many years. Tried flagstone tonight, it was busy to be expected with a new store.guy that took my order didnt know that i needed my docket for my order, didnt ask if i was a member. When i got my order i had to ask for my drinks. The meal itself was not good. Chips were soggy and cold pineapple fritter was soggy like it had been sitting for a while. A new store should be out to impress not deter patrons.

Ordered two quarter chicken/chips with wings at the drive thru arrived home with two small legs pieces. $17! Not good enough.

Missed the 2 gravy’s and the chips where dry as thought I’d grab a mad feed cuz I hadn’t had them for a while spent the night chucking up so did the boys give myself a mental note to just go to kfc or hungry jacks

Friendly greeting, not the world's best service at the window. Chips weren't salted or super hot but tasted okay. Hopefully just things to work on after the first day!

90% of their employee's are disgraceful, lack of customer service come off a bit rude even when you are polite to them,Usually spend around $18 on 1 meal, had quite literally no chicken on a rooster roll TWICE.. the times i've asked for no mayo on my roll they have soaked the roll in mayo..It's been terrible every time but once when there was a friendly & professional female working..I've always been polite to them & never complained but for just about $20 a meal to consistently get so ripped off with terrible customer service i would not recommend anyone to go here & if you do hope you get the one girl that can do her job properly!!

The food here is great. The chips were a bit too salty but apart from that it was very enjoyable. The store was very clean and tidy. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, service was great. You can wait a while when busy, at least its worth the wait.
