Highly recommended UGG store to everyone. Friendly customer service with extraordinary variety of UGG boots. This place is second to none! Definitely love the shopping experience! One of the best ugg boots that I have ever bought and own. Very comfortable and warm especially on cold days.

Would not recommend buying anything from this store. Some of their products are not genuine Ugg, as they claim. I tried to return an item that was faulty and they were not prepared to give me a refund. I asked why it is not displayed in store that it is their policy not to give refunds and was told because it is illegal to display it. Customer service is rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. There are plenty of other stores in Hobart that do sell Genuine Ugg products and also provide quality customer service and I will most certainly be going to one of those stores. I do not recommend buying from this store.

I bought a pair of uggs last month. They are super warm and beautiful. The attitude of the staff is super good. According to my request, the staff quickly found out the style and size I want. I will buy them again in the future!

I was lied to about where the ugg boots are made. They are made in China, yet I was told by the salesperson that they were all made in USA or Australia. When I went to check the origin on the box, I was told that those boxes were from the American boots, despite being stacked directly under the Chinese ugg boots. Why do these people think it is OK to lie directly when asked a question? Please avoid these charlatans.

Their UGG boots have excellent quality. I buy a pair every year, and they have never disappointed me. Their customer service is also top-notch. I will definitely continue to be their customer next time.
