Very professional, reasonable price overall easy experience with Rugwash.My rug smells beautiful and clean. Actually makes the whole room smell nice.Would highly recommend also easy as they pick up and deliver. Rug was returned and washed 5 days after collection.

I received a call back almost immediately after submitting a request for quote. The person I spoke to over the phone was lovely and professional. The team were punctual in picking up the rug and also will confirm the final cost upon visual inspection before taking it away. Our rug was dropped off a week later, looking as good as new and smelling fresh. Overall very happy with the service provided and the convenience of pick up and drop off.
