I’ve been coming to elegance for almost 3 years now. I wouldn’t get my waxing/tinting done at any other place. Jess is amazing at what she does. She always makes you feel welcome and is confident and committed to the end result every time. I travel a long way but never considered going anywhere else! Highly recommend!

So amazing every girl does the most amazing job never had a bad experience

I recently visited this hairdressing salon, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. The staff barely acknowledged me and seemed disinterested in providing good customer service.When I sat down for my appointment, the stylist seemed distracted and rushed, barely taking the time to listen to what I wanted. As a result, the haircut I received was nothing like what I asked for, and it looked uneven and choppy.To make matters worse, the salon was not very clean, and the equipment looked old and worn. The overall experience was uncomfortable and unpleasant, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else where they value their customers and take pride in their work.
