Disgusting customer service from a dedicated tyre service centre. If I did not request for the 2 new tyres to be placed on the front it would not have happened. The receptionist is just out n out rude and obnoxious. Duty of care is real worry with this operation as they we’re going to leave a space saver spare wheel on and only replace 1 tyre. . I choose to pay twice the retail price of what the Goodyear service centre in the next street offered. Talk about buyers regret.

Tried three tyre services in Broome, explained my issue, female travelling alone to work in a remote community, 2 hours away. Understand companies are busy, Bridgestone equally busy, but wasn’t happy to turn me away and be possibly left stranded on a remote road without network. I was more than happy to wait. Thank you, David, your kindness and help is truly appreciated. Excellent customer service.

Arrived in Broome and realised one of my tyres had developed a slow leak. Called a couple other tyre ships in Broome and was told no can help, too busy. Called Bridgestone, was told come in right now, so I did and 20 minutes later it was all repaired. And the icing on the cake was they insisted on not charging!! Extremely happy with the service, highly recommend!

Got a flat tire and decided to get all 4 replace to have all the same for all of my tires. Called up in the morning and was told to drop the car and keys off and got a call back less than 2 hours later telling me the car was ready. Also got an amazing deal of buy 3 get 4th free for A/T tires on a hilux

Broome is so busy atm,as are all small business, with many not being able to assist for a number of days or even weeks. Both Daves at Bridgestone were great. sorted me out and fitted a new tyre within 30 mi s, then repeated it all over again, as the rim was buggered, all with no extra charge. Great friendly service here. well done to the whe team at Bridgestone Broome

Called on Friday because I needed a new caravan tyre. They claimed to have a few in stock. I asked the man on the phone to verify for me that the tyres he quoted were rated commercial, not passenger, and he said that they were. He told me that I could have it done on Monday, so I extended my stay in Broome by two days.I brought the tyre in on Monday and was informed that they only had passenger tyres in that size and would have to order one in. Thanks for wasting my time.

Booked in to have four tyres replaced on a campervan to be told the tyres they had quoted me were incorrect. Wanted to charge me a further $400 for the mistake. What was so annoying was that I had telephoned them 3 times to confirm the tyres were the correct ones and I had to stay in Broome over the long weekend in a caravan park so that I could get them replaced. So I am out of pocket by $200 and still don’t have any new tyres. Will not be using or recommending Bridgestone Tyres.

Great customer service. Had unexpected tyre issues at pardoo. No one in Broome could help except Lisa and the team. In the next day, 2 new tyres and peace of mind.Thanks to you guys much appreciated.
