Steve has been nothing short of professional, helpful and affordable. I cannot recommend his devices enough. He has gone out of his way to tend to my garage door issues; even coming over on a day off to help me.

Very unimpressed. These people installed the automatic openers for my garage doors a few years ago. No problem then. So, I called them for service as an Energex maintenance power cut had caused one of the doors to not open automatically. No suggestion was made, at the time, that I should simply turn off the power to the door and turn it on again. 2 workers turned up at the appointed time, and did just that, stating that turning the power off and on again often fixes the problem!! No wonder the 2 workers looked at each other rather sheepishly.. I was then sent an account for $135.00 for a couple of minutes work!! I find it astonishing that the person on the other end of the phone did not suggest that I try that first to see if it fixed the problem. Feeling like I have been scammed. I will try elsewhere in future.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company their service and communication skills prior to starting the job to supply and fit a new motor with remotes was excellent. Steve also texted to confirm when 12 minutes away. Price was very competitive. Great service - they were happy to drive out to our non-Brisbane location, gave a good quote then returned to fit our replacement garage door opener system in record time. Our new door runs as smooth as silk. Couldn't ask for better.

Highly recommend this business. Phoned to have motor replaced on Tuesday and by Wednesday the job was completed. A very professional job and well priced. Thank you.

I personally wouldn't recommend or return. Came out told me it need to be lubed up sprayed degreaser into my roller door and told it sounded better as he only had a couple of sprays left and ran out he told me to go buy some and do it ourself and then charged me $66. So confused what for when nothing has been fixed. I originally called to receive a quote on fixing my door. Not to hand out free money.RegardsJoey Redding & Benjamin Mann.

Steve came out and gave me a quote and great advice for free. I required him to do the service on another date with some extra work he came and did a great job in a very efficient time. My garage door hasn't run as well or quiet for years.

Great Service, reliable and on time what more could you ask for. Shane came out and replaced the springs on our panel lift garage door with no fuss and gave the door a good once over and now it’s working better than ever. Thank you and would definitely recommend and use them again.

Unimpressed with the service. I had to call them to confirm they were still coming on the day as there was no communication after booking an appointment. I was told I would receive a message when they were on their way. I patiently waited and received a message that the technicians would be at my house within 13 minutes. I waited and watched as the Ipswich Garage Doors Ute drove up my street then back down. I proceeded outside to wave them down but they had already left the street. I waited about 15 minutes before calling the office and explaining what happened. Receptionist said she would get the technicians to call me. I waited about an hour before receiving a call from the receptionist saying they would have to reschedule and that the technicians had waited 10 minutes outside my house. No other available appointment for a other two weeks. Since seeing the Ute I had been waiting in my garage with the door open, keeping an eye out, to make sure if they went passed again I could wave them down, I never saw the Ute again after they initially drove up and down the street. Unacceptable.
