Great spot for a late night snack. I ordered the spicy chicken wrap. After dining there last night I treated myself to 2 for $6 Powerades. I’ve recommended this place to my friends Kirby and Alex. Enjoy guys!!!

I dont know what is wrong with the manager here, but she aggressively tries to upsell me every time I am there, it's rude and unnecessary. I feel like she may be on the spectrum, in which case I'd understand her inability to read the room"

This morning between 9.20am and 9.33am.I was highly disgusted with the lady serving customers, rude and clearly not professional. I have come in here a few times with other people serving and the service was amazing.

DON'T GO THERE FOR YOUR SAFETY -Mentioned to them that people are not bothering to distance themselves in their store, and one of the family member owners, said yeah I know." It’s disgusting the way this lady treat people. How people like that can work with customers. I had to ask three times in a kind way to understand what she was saying because she didn’t want to help or just to show me. It was a horrible experience, the manager should check

I must say the service is great at Cole's express Balmoral.... The lovely woman with dreads is always so helpful and can't do enough to be pleasant. She make my experience great with or without a mask

Everytime I go there, they don't enforce social distancing. I was there just recently and they do or say nothing to other people who stand inches behind you. Boycott this fuel place as they are allowing DEATH to flourish and they don't care. I have mentioned this to staff before, I think they must be Indian as most times I am there there are only Indians; anyway they don't care. Don't go there, they deserve to go broke as they put profit above LIVES. They are scum of the earth.

I have just been to this service station and for an unknown reason their system could not accept either the Coles docket voucher for 4 cents off or the G'Day membership discount for 4 cents. Neither of the discount voucher or membership had expired. Either their system should be fixed or they change their business practice so as not to deny their customers the discounts they advertise as being available.

Love the staff I’ve met always so friendlycoles pricing dependable as alwaysThat door bell is a tad obnoxious tho I suffer from tinnitus I understand the need to have a loud alarm so any staff out the back can hear it but there’s pocket alarms :)It’s no a biggy i just like to complain when things are too goodAlso your staff that I’ve encountered so far upsell in a very friendly manner it’s never douchey or pushy you should commend them on their effortsbeing former staff I understand it’s not easy and a little soul sucking to have to ask the same sets of questions with every customer
