Nothing but issues for the three and a half years living. Roof leaks every time it rains, there's no sunlight and the mould is out of control.Edit: your property managers have not done their job and fixed the house to be in a livable condition. The roof leaked everytime it rained, which has caused mould throughout the house and walls cracking apart. There has been more quotes I've have to sit around waiting for than any work actually done. Then your property manager tried to blame me for the mould when the roof has been leaking the entire time and there were mould stains when we moved it. The house was built by a 5 year old and is being managed by incompetent staff.

Absolutely the worst renting experience we've had in our whole time renting. The turn over of property managers from our rental which lasted just under four years was enormous. I understand that we are in a rental crisis but it gives no right for the agents to treat tenants like the way we were treated. Every inspection toward the end of our tenancy was always condescending and belittling. Thank goodness we bought a property and never have to deal with the feeling of being less than by property managers ever again.
