Hyperpro Suspension

I asked Walter for a solution to the hard ride on my Harley Dyna because the bumps on our SA regional roads hurt my back. He sold me a pair of shocks with chrome springs suitable for my skinny 70kg. They made a huge difference! The bumps are softened nicely without any pogo effect on undulations. The new suspension handles a load well too. I am very happy with my purchase and Walter's friendly service.

Recently purchased suspension upgrade for my 1973 H1 Kawasaki from Walter. Including shock absorbers, fork springs and pd valves plus we custom fitted a steering damper to replace the horrible original one. All items were fitted in house and very happy with the results. Couldn't be happier with the service and help.

just completed my tenere xtz690 yamaha hyperpro shock and spring upgrade . omg what an improvement beyond all expectations. this kit has blown me away easy to fit yourself or get them to do it .and yes it was worth every cent it will transorm your T7 to the bike it should of been cheers walter for all your help and patience .hyperpro purple perfection is an understatement tony bamf

Ordered black motorcycle shocks through the website after verifying options via phone and email before hand. Went to collect and given chrome. Asked for a refund as they were not what I ordered and Walter did not have any black. I was met with hostility and finally offered a refund of 80% without even leaving the premises. In the end I got a cheque for 90% of the value. I then received an email trying to justify why he was entitled to my money without even trying to check with me if chrome was suitable.Don't waste your time, ended up calling Ikon Suspension who gave fast, efficient service with a far superior looking product. Very dishonest company. Bought a steering damper from them which didn’t fit while I checked with him, Walter, upfront. Result was he didn’t provide full details from the supplier on the website and to me. Didn’t want to take responsibility for it and refused to refund me full. I even offered a discounted refund but he only wanted to refund me with 50% of from the bracket so he can still sell it with discounted price and make profit. Avoid buying here if you can.Update after comments hyperpro Australia:There was no threatening, I never said I went to ACCC, I checked my consumer rights at ACCC which is fair as a consumer. Below is a typical response of a shady business who knows they are wrong but don’t want to admit it and take responsibility. Try to find a steering damper for Ducati 696 2010 on his website. You cannot find as he removed it because he knows he is wrong as he didn’t provide full details to customer. And when he put it back on, he will probably say it will not fit Asian models (Which he didn’t mention before when I checked with him prior purchasing the item). As I said, typical response from shady business. Don’t trust this company.

AVOID VERY DISHONEST OWNER - I purchased a pair of shock absorbers from this business and the owner - Walter Prisig sent the Wong shocks, wrong connection for the top and bottom of the bike. Then when I returned them, claimed the shocks were damaged and only partially refunded. Very dodgy business!
