Travis has been an absolute inspiration. He knows what I need. If I need a friend, he is a friend, if I need a teacher, he is a teacher, if I need a listener, he listens. Then BAM! He is asking you when you are going to take control of your life. The past 5 months with The Catharsis Society has seen me face some very hard truths, and I am so grateful to Travis for that.

I think and feel Travis is a great person especially because he always there for me when I need him and hasn’t even judged me like other people Do which means I know as messed up as I was when I met him Like plus I forgot every appointment but because I look forward to seeing Travis because I want to get better in my mental health and I know that Travis is helping me and helping my career help me so I don’t have to many outbursts

Travis isn’t your normal type of therapist that sits there and half listens to you babble while writing stuff down in a book with the odd nod and “mmmm hmmm” thrown in for effect!Travis actually helps you get to the root of your issues and interacts with you, he’s helped me to see and acknowledge things I didn’t realise were affecting me and work through a lot of life’s struggles.I’m truly grateful to him.Few people have a gift to actually help people and he’s one of them.

I have had the great fortune of working with Travis and the Catharsis society in both a professional and a personal capacity. Travis' vast knowledge and understanding in the mental health space coupled with the passion and compassion Travis brings to his approach really gives a sense of ease and confidence and trust. I am currently enrolled in one of the education/personal development programs and am finding the content and delivery both engaging, informative and really rewarding. I can't recommend Catharsis Society highly enough.

Highly recommended. Had my first session and was given so much knowledge and helpful tips and takeaway exercises to help change habitual behaviours.Felt not only heard but validated for my own personal experiences, trauma but felt sincerely helped.Will continue weekly session with their service until necessary.
