The room was great, clean and tidy and the pool was lovely. We had a family of 5. The management were so helpful and accommodating. They also went to extra lengths to help us when our car broke down. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you for a great stay.

4 adults and two kids stayed 3 bedrooms with island views. If it wasn't so windy I could enjoy more sitting at balcony.It was good that have two bathrooms. Wish could stay longer.

Good location, great staff let down by a very run down building. We arrived to a room that smelt very damp. The couch may have been cleaned as all the cushions were on the couches however were leaning into each other. The door frame on entry was rusted and there were many areas in the apartment that either had rot in the plaster or were just falling away. The bath had a plug that had mould all around it and when you pulled it up the whole drain came with it. There was mould in the bathroom on the ceiling and door frame, Louvres were either broken or solid and couldn’t be moved. The iron, a $25 item to replace, was broken and the handle was foul. The toilet seats were old and need replacing. There was a lot of dust on ledges and the place needs a good hard clean and Renovation. The bedding and appliances were very good as were the staff. If it was $150 night you could not complain however they charge similar rates to a lot newer 2 bed apartments in Yeppoon. The standard is definitely not 4 nor 3 star until the owners spend some money fixing up a lot of items that you wouldn’t expect to encounter in a 4 or 3 star lodging.

While the place is a little older, it's really good accommodation, plenty of room for a family, with full kitchen, air conditioned rooms. With a good sized balcony, direct ocean views and undercover parking, we are very happy with Villa Mar Colina.

Great location. Spectacular views. Welcoming and helpful managers. Clean apartment. Very spacious for a family. Loved our time so much we are looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful 4-star villas with a perfect location. Walking distance to beach and town centre. Decided to stay an extra night and staff were very accommodating. Book direct!! It's actually cheaper :)

Perfect location, stunning view, lovely host and friendly helpful staff. Lovely spacious apartments. Just wish we had have been able to stay longer. Will definately return. Definately worth a visit.
