Went in to store a few months ago to find a new bed. Mimi the store assistant from moment first walked in greeted me and came back around and asked if needed help. Mimi had great knowledge about beds/mattresses she was so helpful and stuck to her word when she followed up with a phone call the next day. Mimi has updated me with phone calls and kept me in the loop of what was happening as I live in Sydney. I hope Mimi gets the recognition she deserves I used to work in retail and we need more Mimi’s in this industry who really Love their job and want to help. You’re Amazing Thankyou again

After going to 3 Coffs Harbour bed & mattress stores , we settled on Beds R Us to purchase our new mattress.Karen was knowledgeable, patient & actually LISTENED to to us & tailored her advice to our needs.In contrast the other 2 stores DID NOT LISTEN & tried to push products that in no way met our needs.I highly recommend Coffs Harbour Beds R Us, they have a great range, affordable prices & wonderful service...go see Karen she is fabulous & really helpful.
