I have to say, every time I go there I'm mentally prepared to be judged, and abused by the owner who refuse to talk to me but chin pointed the Chinese staff to talk to me as assuming I'm Chinese and I don't speak English properly. Or she would talk to me about in a not only patronizing but extremely rude way. It's upsetting and not worth the fuss any more. I'm sure your business is doing so well, and treat dogs wonderfully. But that's not how you treat a human being!

For almost 5 years the team at Paws of Distinction have been caring for our dogs and grooming them beautifully. We tried others when we moved out of the area but our dogs were never happy. We would travel all day for the professional safe service they offer. Thank you for loving our dogs as much as we do.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! After taking our dog to this business every six weeks for the last 5 years, we've had enough of the rudeness and arrogance of the staff. The old lady shooed" us away in an aggressive manner

Met the assistant while out with my dog, and as a spur of the moment asked about trimming his nails. She was lovely and confident and said they could easily do it in ten minutes. Took Kili in later, he's never had his claws trimmed as they're thick and black, but the ladies were calm and praised him, and it took maybe two minutes for all four paws to be done. Kili was kept at ease and treated very well, so I'm sure we'll be back to give him a proper bath sometime as well as all future nail trims.

I've been travelling from Golden Grove to have my dog groomed for 7 years, then 2 dogs for the last 4 years and book appointments a year in advance. Amanda the original was amazing and that's what kept us going. Unfortunately, she's now sold the business and it's never been the same, but I continued to go until this morning. They were booked in at 8.30am, I left home with plenty of time, traffic was slower and I called at 8.18 to say I was a few minutes away (left the voicemail) which I was at the time, and then there were 2 lots of bad traffic jams so I was then longer and arrived at 8.52 am made sure the dogs went to the toilet then walked in only to not be greeted when I said hello but you said you were a few minutes away" I explained where I've travelled from and I can't control the traffic

Took my 5 months old pup in for his first groom today and was a little worried at first. But Paws of Distinction did an awesome job, they were very nice and professional. When I picked up my pup, he was happily waiting for me, he looks great and smells wonderful :)

I have been bringing my VERY fluffy border collie to Amanda and Marlene for a couple of years now. I have always been floored at how spectacular she looks, her coat soft as silk, when she comes out of the salon. I have been through a few groomers in Adelaide, but no one else was able to do this with her coat. Lately my husband has been taking her to work with him and he mentioned that he can't walk 50 paces without someone commenting on how beautiful she is and how she is the softest dog they have ever met. You know how when you go to the hair dresser and they blow dry your hair in such a way that you can never match? This is what these guys can do with your dog. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

I have taken my dog there a few times, and I'm always happy with the result. The staff are friendly, and they seem very efficient. The place always looks clean (except for the dog hair they're in the middle of trimming, obviously). My dog comes out looking and smelling amazing (which is no easy feat, as she's double-coated and I hate to think how much hair they have to brush out and trim). My dog is also very shy normally, but she seems happy enough when I pick her up, so I don't worry about her when she's there.
