Tankworld Rainwater Tanks

Happy to take your money, but won't deliver the products.We were told the delivery driver would call before leaving the depot. 3 times I was told by Kayla at reception that they had left when the tanks hadn't even been loaded yet. When the delivery driver finally arrived (with still no phone call prior), he ignored the specifications for truck only delivery, and came with the large trailer instead (and with tanks that looked like factory seconds). After damaging neighbours turf, gouging the road, and nearly taking out my letterbox, front fence and gates, I suggested he return with the truck only, only to be verbally abused, sworn at, belittled and condescendingly called honey" and "sweetheart" and berated by the delivery driver- despite his manager telling him himself he should just change to the truck. We were assured by management that the rescheduled delivery would be uneventful

Bought a diesel tank from these guys. Good price, delivered promptly and friendly staff to boot, cheers guys!!.

The price was good. Delivery was organised to be delivered on a set day. I organised plumbers to come the day after the set delivery date. Was then told it would be delivered the following day in the morning. I rearranged the plumbers to come later in the day. Was also told I would need someone to help move it into position as they were short drivers/workers. I called to ask when it was due for delivery and was told that it had been dispatched and they would call the driver to let me know exactly when he would be there. 2 hours later no return call and the trades person onsite who was to help move the tank into position was leaving. I called again and asked when was the tank arriving and was given the same information, a driver would call me and let me know. The tradesman had to leave. Now i have another tradesman on site and so I called again to ask when the tank was due to come. Same information AGAIN! A driver will call me and let me know when the tank is due for delivery. This is so unbelievably unprofessional. I have informed them prior to tank delivery that my older mother and myself being pregnant cant help move this tank. I have organised tradies to be here on site to help move it, i have lost money to plumbers as there is no tank to connect. None of my calls have resulted in a driver updating me on a set delivery window despite being told I would be updated.Finally the driver arrived at 5pm with no notice at all he was on his way, myself (21 weeks pregnant) and luckily a small female friend who happened to drop by had to move the tank. I will never recommend Tankworld or use their services again. Terrible business!

I ordered a trough for some alpacas. Perfect for what I needed and excellent quality. They were great people do deal with, I would use them again.
