Bought a pair of shoes for a birthday gift that were the display pair. The shoes were a clearly tried on quite a few times and the box was ripped from being pulled in and out of the shelving. I asked the person at the counter for another pair but she said it was the last size 11. She didn't have spare boxes but offered to tape the box and shine the shoes to make them look better. When I gifted it to the person they tried it in and they were too big, never worn them. Took them back to the store to exchange for a size 10 and was refused because they were clearly worn". I explained to them I bought the display pair and told them to check with the person who sold them. I explained they taped the box and tried cleaning the shoes due to the condition. They said no the shoes were creased
