A normal transaction would have been uneventful without the peppy staff member who had to ask all the required questions but made it nice and fun.

Worst experience I have ever had, The customer service (Victoria) gave me a hard time.It has been 6 month that I fill up my car tank in caltex spending around 100 bucks each time using Uber momentum for gaining points and receive discount.But today, Victoria did not let me use my Uber app to get discount in fuel, saying your car has to be linked to the app.I never heard of such a thing and I explained that during 6 month of doing this I always use my Uber app and receive the fuel discount, but she refused to let me use my app, I am very un-happy...Not Kind At All.I definitely do not go there any more. I probably drive further to fill my car tank.

I always get petrol here, they are very friendly and have fast service, and it's clean (including toilets)I must admit they are very strict on policy. If you try to do something illegal or against Caltex policy they wont accept it.

Bought a pkt of Parker Simpson red 25s and a 1.5 litre of mount Franklin water and got charged $55 from my account and then paid $5 cash called when I got home and was told by mark to speak to the manager on Monday like I live nearby to pop in
