Could have saved another $50 if buying the cycle for my son directly from Giant Essendon. But I decided to save time and effort, go with this store. All bikes are 20% off of tag price. Very good customer service from John. This place caters to all your bike related needs in Melton. Be prepared for what you wanted to buy before coming here and try to come at noon not at closing time.

If I could give a lower star, I would.Went in to purchase parts for 2 bikes & get serviced. Was told that he does not have the parts & go look on eBay.Explained that I was happy to wait but still not interested & told again to go look on eBay.Why the reason, I am unsure but very far from polite, found very rude & will definitely take my business some where else.

I took my daughters bike there today as it had issues with tyre tubes. I left it with John for the day and asked him to fix whatever it needed. He has done a terrific job with it and my daughter is very happy to see her bike back in working order and she can now learn to ride without training wheels.

Dropped in to look at a new bicycle for my daughter and my experience was delightful. The salesperson in store was friendly and very helpful with answering all my questions regarding size suitability for age and height. I would highly recommend.

This is a fantastic bike shop with a huge range of bikes and accessories. After looking around I found the one I wanted and John helped get it all set up and ready for me, even took the time to walk me through the mechanics of it (gears and such) . His service was delightful and he really made our day. The price was good and the bike is amazing. I would recommend everyone needing a bike to head over and check this place out.

John hit the budget with a couple of great bikes. He was also considerate with specific bike sizes and accessories to suit our needs. John also setup and delivered the bikes in perfect condition. Well worth the visit.

I came in as a highly motivated buyer who just wanted some recommendations and information and the owner seemed baffled at the prospect of answering any questions. Prices seemed reasonable and bikes look good, I would have probably bought one straight away if the fellow selling them didn't seem like he'd only recently arrived on planet Earth and wasn't happy to be here.

Bought a Liv bike for my daughter today. Price was great, no sales pressure and was given ample assistance. Before the bike was handed to us John serviced it, and gave advice on how to maintain it. Will definitely go back for future service.
