Liberty Hairdressing

I am writing in response to Jades comment. I have been visiting Liberty Hairdressing for a number of years. All the staff are very professional and curteous and most importantly, cautious. I say this because if there was nothing they could do for her hair then they would have warned her the tint may not work or not what she wanted. I imagine she then asked them to proceed. I have never seen them ask a client to stand to have their hair cut unless the hair is waist length. The women working here are not hustlers but are real professionals who care for their clients. The salon is a little more expensive than others but they run a very professional business with high standards.

After years of colouring my hair, Isabelle did my hair for the first time. She should truely call herself a colour expert as that is what she is!!!! She knew exactly what I wanted, understood the grey hair dramas and finally I have a fabulous blonde colour that is beautiful and won’t cost me hundreds of dollars every 6 weeks. Shes a star!!!!

I had great success with Liberty for a few years until the hairdresser I saw left the salon. The rest of the staff are lovely, but unfortunately their hair skills don't match their sparkling personalities. I've given them several opportunities to achieve the hair colour I want (which the original hairdresser I saw had no issue achieving) but they've failed every time. When I asked for a trim at the back while I let the rest of my hair grow down into a bob, I ended up with a short all over cut. When I asked for a few random foils of blonde highlights I ended up with the correct colour blonde but it was all over instead of just a few highlights. I've paid for the repair jobs every time but I would have expected that any professional salon would admit the mistake and correct it at no charge ... at least once! They're nice people but sadly they aren't great hairdressers. I've given it my last try - they just can't get it right.

I’m extremely over the moon with the beautiful foils and results of the colour/trim I had done this afternoon the value of the pricing package and staff well and truely Exceeded my expectations and impressed me I love the outcome and results I haven’t ever had my hair done and been this happy before thank you very very much Im 110% over joyed

I went in for my first appointment having seen their Instagram account. I was so impressed with the service, result, affordability and not having to sit in the chair for hours. I haven’t been this happy with my hair in a long time. Will definitely be returning.

Did not have a great experience at this hairdresser. I wouldn't recommend for blondes. The cut was good but my colour came out uneven. They tried to rectify by toning a second time but this if course took a lot of extra time and still the colour wasn't great. Some of the staff came across as inexperienced.

Insisted that they as professional hairdressers" knew more then i did. I tried to tell them my hair dyes easily and they refused to believe me... and made my hair half yellow half white..I told them the roots dye easier even though they are darker and they assured me they knew what they were doing. ... The customer is only right in this shop if the customers done a degree in hair...."

I loved returning here after many months away. They even remembered me which is awesome.Just wanted a wash and blunt cut. Got the most amazing long head massage by two people. Such a treat.Walked out with exactly what I wanted. And it was only just over $60.Highly recommend.

Had a lovely experience with the lovely hairdressers getting my hair extensions! It almost seemed as though they were more excited than me! Haha I loved the enthusiasm and care I had. Things were quite busy today so we got through the whole appointment by 1400hrs from 1100hrs. Great price, lovely and wholesome service
