Very bad customer service, the staff need urgent training in how to speak to their customers.Olga insisted we didn’t order 1 of the items when we did, and even though I said we did she kept arguing and saying “no, that wasn’t ordered”, “no, nobody said that to me”, “um I don’t think so” - every time I tried to explain that we did say we want the particular item.A simple sorry I missed that or sorry I didn’t hear you would’ve been nice instead of argumentative and dismissive behaviour.Will not be going back there, ruined our experience, I have not dealt with such rude staff in a long time, if ever.(The scenario above is downplayed as too much to write and also can not write with attitude that was received).

Delicious, served more than 30. Moist and exactly what I asked for

Hot chocolate was good but the coffee was very below average. We ordered a chocolare eclair and it was awful. The pastry was almost stale but the cream was a bit better than what you would normally get in that type of setting. They put some chocolate syrup which is meant to be on ice cream on the eclair. Again the choux pastry was like rubber.It was nowhere near worth $6.50. The service was excellent though.

What great customer service and experience by Grace at the Epping store! She had enquired when I was able to collect my ordered cake as it was nearing closing time. Due to traffic I was not able to arrive in time so she offered to wait for me! How cool is that. I then suggested that she drop off at the celebration venue at the same complex. What an easy and stress free experience! I am so grateful for your kind attention and your quick reaction to what could have proven to be problematic on the evening. Well done and thank you again! The caramel cake was definitely a hit, delicious!

If I can give zero stars i would!!Kani the store manager, is the most arrogant, rude, unprofessional excuse for a person let alone a manager.They ruined my daughters bday cake by misspelling her name very very obvious, after complaining to her, she blamed me and my mother for the mistake even though there was clear evidence of their mistake. Then refused to refund me saying quote the cake needed to be returned first. After a few more words, she said i will not take any orders from you again. Yes thats right they did the mistake but blamed the customer who paid $116 for it and told her they won't take orders from her again. There is so much more to to say about how she spoke to me and what she said but i will leave it at that. STAY AWAY FROM HERE FOR ANYTHING! Put your money somewhere else, because when they do stuff up and they will, you will deal with this individual that will make you crazy!

The slowest service. 25 mins for one takeaway coffee. When asked how long till mine was ready I was told when we call you it will be ready. When I finally got my coffee it was cold and wrong. I told staff that it was wrong. Instead of apologising and remaking the coffee. I was told that's what you ordered. I asked for refund and left. Never going back.I have been to this store numerous times as I work locally. But after multiple times waiting excessive amounts of time each time, I'm done. Walk an extra minute to the coffee shop next door.

I will never order cake from this place again!! My sister placed an order for my niece’s 2nd birthday and my sister had written down my nieces name on a paper, handing it to the people. They ended up spelling my nieces name wrong, adding an additional letter that doesn’t belong on her name at all. Cake was delicious, not gonna lie about that BUT it’s the way the workers at this place treated my sister, then the manager has the audacity to now blame my mum for their mistake. Disgraceful! This was my dad and my coffee joint but I’ll never go back after the way they treated my mum.. take responsibility for your mistakes and never blame your customers.. we will be taking it further against the manager of this shop as well. You should be ashamed

Customer service - 2/10 They are not good ladies working here. One lady worker so rude behaviour communicate with one the father and his younger daughter beside me. The way she responding is completely loud in a angry voice with a rude faces toward him and she even talked to her other workers to confirm the cake details what the father(man) wants. They not serve yah with any smiling faces. There were people lining up waiting for their coffee around 11:30am and people waiting to be served. Slow services.
