It’s been 3 weeks form the day I purchased the TV unit, I still have not receive the delivery. I tried to call the hotline and send an email but there’s no reponse. Is it business exist or cheat? Please response me RIGHT NOW!!!

My wife purchased one of their TV cabinets and I helped her to assemble it. The product came very well packaged and there was no chance that it can be damaged during delivery. This is great. We assembled it following the instructions. The instructions were written in clear English with small pictures, but the pictures didn't always match up to the assembly requirements and it wasn't always clear what the instructions were instructing. The finished exterior of the product is nice, and durable, and solid, but the three pull out drawers are practically made of balsa wood and are quite flimsy. I would not be game to put anything weighty in them at all. The assembly instructions for the drawer sliders were also grossly inadequate, and it took us a lot of analysis of the instructions and the components to discover that we had to disconnect the sliders and attach the two halves separately to the different components. This could have been explained much more clearly. Also, the construction of the drawer sliders is such that the ball bearings are held in place only by a small metal strip, and in one case this strip was either bent during assembly in our house or during construction at the factory, I feel it was bent when it was delivered, but in any case I returned the ball bearings to the ball race, but I have no confidence that they will remain in their correct place because it is practically impossible to rebend the plate back to its required position once it has moved slightly.Overall, for a product which cost over $1000, and is branded as luxury, flat pack assembly and flimsy components are quite disappointing, although after assembly the product does look nice in the room.
