Tyson is one of the best people I have come to know in my life. As a fitness trainer he will train you at your own pace but will still manage to drag you out of your comfort zone. It has been more than a year since I have been training with him and would recommend him any day.

I cannot recommend enough of why you should choose Tyson as your personal trainer! So where do I start… First of all, he is well experienced and very into details. He emphases on educating his clients of how to build a strong and badass body while keep them training with longevity. And whatever your goals are, make it building strength, be more flexible or agile, or handstands, he can help you in all areas and surprises you with new skills that you can unlock along the way! Second of all, the environment of the studio is very intimate, which means you don’t need to compete with other people like you do in a commercial gym and you can fully focus on your training without interruptions. Last but not least, the people training together are just beautiful. You would feel a strong sense of community and connection with everyone and making the workout being so much fun and yet rewarding! I personally learning so much from him and would recommend him to anyone who wants to train!

When I started training with Tyson 12 months ago, I was looking to gain some mobility and flexibility to add to my weight lifting. I am pleased to have found my progression to be amazing. My shoulders have opened up and the mobility in my lower body and legs have improved tremendously. Now, I'm doing handstands with him. Something I dream of doing but now learning to do in my late 40s. Tyson is an extremely patient and well articulated trainer. He's also very knowledgeable in his field of expertise of fitness and movement. I highly recommend Tyson as a trainer. You cannot go wrong.

I didn’t realise how fun small group training would be until I started training with Tyson. He has great attention to detail and I’ve seen a lot of progress following his programming style. I really appreciate his focus on performance goals rather than just looks. It has helped me shift my mindset to a better place. I highly recommend trying these classes if you want to get stronger and fitter by doing something other than traditional weight lifting in a commercial gym.

Tyson is a fantastic personal trainer. He combines excellent knowledge of musculo-skeletal anatomy with an intuitive approach to guide his clients to be better versions of themselves. Time flies with him, thanks to his relaxed and encouraging attitude and his great taste in music. He is also a consummate host, offering his clients fine quality coffee and tea during workouts. To top it all off, he treats all his clients with a friendly, yet respectful manner and is not afraid to be open about himself. Every workout feels like you're training with a mate. A very knowledgeable mate!

Tyson is a phenomenal trainer.Whether it is group training or one on one, he has a friendly demeanor and is genuinely interested in the well-being of his clients.He works hard to ensure you are working hard and in the correct form.Tyson's passion for all of us shines through when he enthusiastically talks about our training blocks and the future of our training, including our progress and improvements.His training focuses on building strength and movement in all muscle groups that builds your overall mobility - flexibility AND strength (dream team) means less injuries over time.One of the best parts of Tyson's training is that it caters to every level of fitness/training needs and works to your ability. I started without ever having lifted weights before, and I feel my knowledge and understanding grew so quickly with Tyson.Aside from being a legendary trainer, Tyson is always available for a chat and takes time out side of training if you need advice on stretching/muscle pain/ food tips etc. He goes above and beyond to make you feel your best possible self.Tyson's clients are like a little community of friends held together by his passion, lockdown would have been twice as hard without his consistent zoom sessions.I could not recommend him enough.

Tyson is an amazing trainer who has motivated me to start my goal of reaching a handstand. As I have not worked out for a very long time I did not believe that I could achieve much, but Tyson has been extremely helpful and kind, and has helped me reach goals that I couldn't have imagined were possible at my age. He has motivated me very much to keep working, and I look forward to each session as they are interactive and enjoyable.

Tyson is an incredible personal trainer! He is great at listening, knowledgable and passionate about fitness and training. I love how organised and structured my training sessions are with him, since I can leave behind any to-do’s and just focus on my workout. I’ve become fitter, and stronger over the years and I’m able to do movements like chin-ups which were beyond the realm of goals that I set for myself!The small studio classes are a luxury and his attention to detail keeps me motivated. He's taught me a lot about mindset, and the mind-body connection, something I take into everyday life outside my classes. In all, he's not just a coach but an amazing friend who’ll not only share your goals but also walk the walk with you.
