Very professional and friendly men who cleaned the exterior of our house, and the interior and exterior windows. The windows are sparkling and the house looks like new. The two men were focused and quick and completed the job in 3 hours. We are very happy with their work and will certainly have them back again to keep the house in top condition. Highly recommended.

We have used this business a few times before. We don't even bother now to get 2 or 3 quotes . We have had some bad experience with other window cleaners before we started using this company and they are the first people we call now.The owner (Ian) knows his business and has a great crew who do a great job.The first time we used this company we had the Windows booked in to be cleaned for a certain day which turned out to be raining and storms expected . I still had them cleaned and the rain turned up a day later. Made no difference .the Windows remained clean for months on.So if your thinking of getting your windows done..and rain is expected..doesn't matter. They will still be clean & clear afterwards.I don't bother normally writing a review.. But this company desire a thumbs up.And yes.. We now get our carpets cleaned by them now as well.

While they came out & were polite at booking & his guys who came to clean were professional, the owner himself argued semantics of his definitions of things when I confronted him about areas the cleaning was lacking. He continued to argue these until I gave up on the conversation. He also spoke sarcastically & belittlingly about my wife to me during that phone conversation, which is beyond unprofessional.Only offered to take $5 off the price after my concerns were voiced, which is insulting.Despite the fact I believed the work was incomplete he texted repeatedly to demand payment as he believed the work done. Terrible customer service. He also called & threatened to “come to my house to collect payment”. He will brush this off as though he didn’t mean it as a threat, but any fool knows what it means when someone says they’ll do that.I would certainly not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed.

Mark did an amazing job this morning on our second storey windows. We have been trying to do them ourselves for ages and it’s way too hard and dangerous. Crystal Clear came with the right equipment and sorted out everything including the tracks and screens. Now they’re sparkling!
