Extremely unprofessional business with very poor communication between staff.We booked an appointment for a simple document, after they said it was something they could do, we went in and had our appointment. The accountant said in summary of the meeting that the document would be made up and sent out that evening. Days pass. I call to check in and they assure me that someone will get it done that day. Still I hear nothing back. I go into the office and ask them about it and they say a completely different woman to who we spoke to was the only person who could make it up and she won't be back in until Monday. After informing them that she wasn't the woman we had spoke to the manager came out and said they don't do those particular documents.I definitely wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone!
