Repair My Watch

Bruno is amazing and very professional; I brought in a Rolex Day-Date (passed down from my father to me) that had just stopped working one day on Thurs, 08/12/22. Bruno opened it up and said that it needed a new mainspring replacement and a service and clean. He also said I would have it back before Christmas. On Tues, 13/12/22, Bruno messaged that my watch was ready. I picked up the watch that Sat, 17/12/22 and WOW!! I was speechless. I’ve never seen dads Rolex look so good. It was like new again. Bruno was surprised as well with how well the watch was taken care of by my father. I will definitely be coming back with all my watch needs and I’m recommending him to all my friends and family! Keep up the great work Bruno!!

I can't praise Bruno enough. He serviced my late Dad's 1960s Rolex bought in North Borneo way back when, and which I had put off, scared by Rolex's expense and time. He gave me a fixed price (very reasonable) and did a wonderful job. I'm now wearing the watch with pride and knowing Dad would be so happy. It was a pleasure doing business with Bruno, not only because he is obviously passionate about watches, but because he is a genuinely nice person. I didn't just feel like a customer, I felt we were restoring something special and doing it together, and for me that meant a lot. How wonderful to discover the old-fashioned ways are still alive. I suppose that this means I'm giving a great review. I am, and without reservation.

I moved from Sydney to the GC mid pandemic.All my wristwatches (I have not succumbed to an Apple Watch though all my friends have them) were service/maintained by an Italian watch maker who learnt from his Father, and him from his Father before. I know few people here and it has been a journey to “replace” the life collaborators I came to rely on: mechanic, electrician, GP, accountant, etc.I have managed to find my way around and can now count on very good professionals here.But I had yet to find a good watch repair person. Until this morning.To my complete surprise, this business came through on my Google search. And it’s around the corner.Bruno is everything previous reviewers state he is, and more! I will be using Bruno to service my watches from now on. If you own good watches, don’t hesitate.
