Graham is always on time, polite and willing to have a conversation will all.Graham always interacts well with our 3 dogs. He is calm and adapts himself to each dogs needs. Aslong as you move the dog treats from the van cause Brock will get them and eat them all.Brock, the happiest Labrador loves Graham, he plays, let's him have all the treats in the world and even let's him clean his ears.LeBron, is the black labrador, he loves giving Graham kisses and cuddles. Graham has a good chat to him about his day and our dogs just love it.Bella our old girl jack Russell, she is a very scared little girl but Graham understands that and always reassured her that is she a good girl and that she is okay. She even takes a treat from him now.Cannot recommend Graham enough, he goes out of his way to always keep a high level of professionalism and ensure the safety of us and the doggies.

Graham has been the absolute best with Flash, his coat is very shiny and flash loves the extra attention, when the bath is done Flash bounces around like he is a puppy again. I definitely recommend. Also very happy with the friendly and efficient service that he provides.

Graham has been amazing with Tobi, our anxious when groomed, golden retriever. Graham is very patient and calm and talks to Tobi throughout the grooming process.
