Terrible company to deal with, save yourself the drama go somewhere else!Chipped all our freshly painted trims, denied doing this at first, they then decided to repair only they couldn't as Bunnings couldn't mix any black paint.Confirmed new roller door would match our existing, installed new door and surprise, the lock does not match.Disgraceful follow up service.

I bought a motor off these guys years ago and actually took it with me to my new home where they installed a custom roller door for me.Talked me out of upgrading the motor. Free measure and quote and installed within the week. Fabulous service! I thought there was a real issue with the door, but somehow the manual function had been engaged. 4 lovely guys came out, identified the problem, fixed it and gave the door and all it's works a full service. All for $90.00Outstanding.

Turned up late twice without a ph call, charged $90 to turn up, quoted $1200 to fix.Total $1290.Opposition turned up on time no charge, quoted $790 to fix and done same day (matter of hours)Total $790Diff $500You don't need the business.
