Spent 3 nights here in May in Villa 1 which was a near new duplex. Ridiculously clean. King size bed. Dog friendly but if you don't have a dog you wouldn't know it. Excellent location. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Hunter.

We had a lovely two night stay here The surrounds are very tranquil, cottage was very clean, spacious, comfortable and also wheelchair accessible which we needed. We would highly recommend this as a very pleasant place.to stay in a great location.

We loved our stay at 27 Rows. We booked all 4 villas for our wedding accomodation as we were getting married close by. It is such a beautiful property and so well looked after. The villas were perfect for getting ready and for our family accomodation. The owner was so helpful and lovely during all communication. We can’t wait to return for many anniversaries to come. Thank you for helping to make our wedding weekend a dream come true.

Wonderful accommodation in a delightful, tranquil setting, positioned in a very nice part of the Hunter Valley.We had a modern, spacious 3 room cottage equipped with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom large with a spa. The living area was homely with a kitchen at one end.The cottages are well spread out giving each tranquility and privacy.The accommodation is in the Hermitage Wine and Food trail. Hermitage Road is full of wineries, eateries and other activities. The road has a designated walking and cycle path which facilitateslocal exploration by foot or bicycle.We would recommend 27 Rows on Hermitage to anyone visiting the Hunter Valley.

We had an excellent stay at 27 rows on hermitage. The accommodation was extremely clean, spacious and very homely with a beautiful outlook onto the vineyard.Tanya the owner and her Family were very welcoming and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend 27 Rows hermitage.

A gorgeous cottage with lovely views of vines. Kitchen well equipped. Bed was very comfortable with a lovely view of bushland. Bathroom huge and excellent shower. Perfect location for wineries. Highly recommended!

We stayed here at Wisteria Cottage for 2 nights. Beautiful cottage with large bedroom overlooking the bushland where Kangaroo showed up the next morning. The property had everything we needed except for the wifi connection although we didn't face any problem using our mobile internet connection. It was also pet friendly with extra cost. It was close proximity to all wineries and restaurants/cafes. Tanya was very quick to respond. Highly recommend.

I made a booking for this accommodation for one night to attend a concert at Hope Estate. There were few accommodations offering only one night, but this was all we were able to go for so were very grateful. Yesterday morning I received an email via booking.com asking if I'd like to change my accommodation to 2 nights and giving 2 options, basically yes or no. I obviously chose no. Late last night I received another email from booking.com saying my accommodation had been successfully cancelled. Not by me!! I have tried to contact the business directly through return email on booking.com but it has bounced saying the email address is no longer in use. Not a satisfactory way to run a business in my opinion. Presumably there was more money to be made on a concert weekend than my one night's accommodation. I understand we all have to make a living, but don't make available something you don't want to let. Beware.

The Lilly Pilly cottage is perfect accommodation when you have an elderly dog and I highly recommend any of the other cottages as this is a pet friendly location.Tanya is a wonderful host and always makes sure that everything is okay, provides a fabulous breakfast hamper & bottle of their wine.As this is the 2nd time that Bonnie (15yo black Labrador) and I have stayed here we couldn't ask for more and we look forward to returning in 2023.

I loved staying here! We were looking for somewhere not too out of our price range while still being picturesque, comfortable (with lots of spots to laze around and drink wine), and clean. 27 Rows is all of this and more. It is so lovely being on a vineyard itself, with kangaroos that hop around in the evening, and lovely comfortable bedrooms and amenities. It is so easy to walk to other wineries, and the owners were really welcoming. Absolutely recommend.
