Palmyra Yoga Shala
This local Yoga Shala tucked away in Palmyra is a fantastic place. Narelle is one on the warmest people I have ever met. You will always be greeted with a warm smile. Narelle cares about her clients, their health and general wellbeing. I couldn't recommend this place more. With yoga and massages under one roof it would be impossible to walk away without a sense of calmness.

Palmyra Yoga Shala
Everything about Palmyra Yoga shala is so beautifully considered and delivered. Narelle holds the most nourishing and calming space. I have been to the sound and rest sessions a number of times now, and feel so deeply rested and rejuvinated afterwards, I truely treasure these sessions.I have also experienced one of the ayervedic warm oil massages to sooth a sore back. I can highly reccomend this treatment and Narelles delivery. I felt deeply cleansed and rested for some days after, my skin remained soft and supple for the next week, my back & mind were able to relax to such a degree I had no pain.Thank-you!
