I first contacted this company in september 2021 expressing that I was not in immediate requirment to have my cupboards and kitchen drawes replacedThe owner Steven stated that I was a breath of fresh air not wanting the work done immediately.I explained I am disabled and unable to leave my bed and could he come to do a quote which he replied in a few weeks he would be near my suburb and would arrange a time.October passed nothing so on 09th november I left a message on his phone and a text message.(No reply)It's now 24 november and finally I sent Steven an email.I finally received an email basically stating he was too busy with other jobs until march/april 2022.I know tradies are at max work load but why give someone false hope that they will infact be in your area sometime in the next few weeks (text from my original enquiry)It would have been so much more professional to tell me upfront that he is too busy so I could find another companyAll too oftern disabled people are treated like this with broken promises and false responces.I have the money to pay upfront as highlighted in our conversation so money was never an issue for me.I can not comment on the workmanship as I did not receive any work done.My issue is giving false hope and stringing me along with the possibility of a date/time to do a quoteTotal lack of communication leaving me months not knowing what to do.I will state the email I finally received today was polite but why could I not have been imformed from the gekko?Think of your customer enquiries and do the polite thing and at least answer them with the truth.You maybe busy now but this will not always be the case.I'm very disappointed and somewhat angry having been strung alongFrom my experience I do not recommend wasting your time with this company he is far too busy anyway.

Absolutely thrilled to have made the choice to engage Steve and the team at Red Rose Renovations. We had a fairly extension kitchen renovation which included structural work as well as additional work around the entire home. Steve was very accommodating and his communication was great. He was on time and even when there was a delay it was communicated well and stuck to his promise of the new time frame. The workmanship and dedication was amazing even working some nights till 9pm to see the job through. Could not recommend enough!

We used Red Rose renovations to renovate our apartment. From the initial consultation we found Steve to be very easy to talk with, very knowledgeable. He was patient with us when we weren't really clear or sure with what we were wanting, he gave encouragement when we needed and was always willing to make work what we wanted.Once we agreed to go ahead it became clear that Steve was working for our best interests, finding new products and companies that might provide something for suited to what we wanted, better quality, better value for example.Even when there was the odd hiccup with suppliers he worked through those issues and was quick to find alternatives.All throughout he very responsive to our calls or email communications and always kept us informed with progress.And we absolutely love the final result.Would highly recommend.
