Ambient and relaxing. I booked for a 45 min remedial massage, the treatment pressure was great. The use of hot stones at the beginning helped my muscles to ease. The therapist was good at checking with me to see if I was comfortable.

Massages at Luxe werribee are always good.Health fund rebates don't hurt either.

Chao Zhang has been an Expert in doing Remedial Massage for me so many times during these few weeks. He has fixed my stiffness on my back,neck and shoulders which are really my big issues for nearly 10 years.Highly recommend Chao as a very Experienced and Fabulous Massure whom I have ever met ! Thank you Chao for helping me solve my problems.

the amount of time wasting this place makes you go through is astonishing.i bought a buy 2 get one free session for the floatation tank. simple enough, right? wrong.to book it you need to call an outside sorce because the people in store dont have access to the bookings. Alright, frustrating, but it's manageable.They dont tell you until you've paid for the tickets that the floatation tanks are only available from 9am-3pm sessions monday to friday and not open on weekends. Difficult when you work from 8-5 every day, but what can you do. You can just refund.wrong, no refunds or exchanges. Alright, I'll take a day off work.now for the actual experience itself.The staff working the tank have no idea what they are doing. they dont tell you what you're doing or what the expectations are.during the massage after the lady just walked out on me mid massage and left me laying there for 5 minutes without saying anything..i guess it's done then, i should get dressed.. wrong, she walks in on me getting changed after 5 minutes of laying there with no communication.this place is astonishingly terrible, and i can not believe the experience

I used luxe therapy first time on 23 nov 2022 the experience was fantastic.Massage was really good value for money but the highlight was girl on the reception she was so polite, welcoming n helpful. She won the heart.

Amazing place! I wish I could go every week. So relaxing, clean, and friendly staff — they even found my missing earring and held onto it for me.

Worst massage ever! Not only did he have a cold (and wasn't wearing a mask) but he was continually sniffing and leaving the room to blow his nose. All he did was use his elbows the ENTIRE time and hold it on pressure points,. I had booked hot stones but that was not done at all. When paying I let the lady at the desk know but she totally ignored me twice
