Terrible customer service and unprofessional. They ignore you when you want help, too busy socialising. Agree with others that mention the older lady is beyond rude.

Friendly staff, but was given items in a click and collect order from the wrong school - didn't realise until we got home. Also charged 20c for a bag the staff member then tore when removing a taped on label (from the click and collect).

I went to the Lowes Carlingford for children school uniforms this morning. The young lady is very friendly and helpful. A pleasant experience. A five stars to the young lady.

I have always had a great experience at this store when dealing with the two females. Came in to see if school belts were back in stock yet and was told by the gentleman they weren’t and we’re not coming in anytime soon, despite been told something different another time. He then told me the men’s belts were only a few dollars different. After purchasing it I went online to check and discovered he is a liar. They are more than double. He was also rude, and unhelpful to other customers in the store. Serving people was the last thing he wanted to do. Took a while for myself and other customers to work out he was even the staff member. Shouldn’t be working in retail or needs an attitude check. Not a good look or lows to have a staff member who so comfortably lies to customers

The lady, if thats what you could call her doesn't belong in retail.I think prison warden would be more suitable for someone with an attitude like that.

I’ve been going to this store for years. Recently it looks like they have new service staff who I’ve found to be very rude on a number of occasions. If I didn’t need the school uniform from that store I would have made the purchase !! If you can purchase items from another Lowes I recommend going there.

It was very easy to find the uniforms and the staff were all very kind and helpful. Especially when I came in all puffed out from having to use crutches where they kindly offered a chair and helped me collect the uniforms I need for school.

The lady at the counter bit elderly not very happy.. she wasn’t very helpful come across rude and sarcastic.. she probably fed up of her job.Not a great experience..A guy was helpful who was cleaning up stuff in the shop.
