Instead of blaming a cleaning company for not do the cleaning properly maybe you Samantha should ask your tennant first on what he asked us to clean . He was only wanting tiled areas clean that was it. You sent him a email saying he needed to get the cleaners back if he had paid us to do the job and do it properly. . Well we were NOT ASKED TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE LISTED FROM THE FINAL INSPECTION .

Overall͏ a satisfactory experienceKristie was a competent agent and our experience was generally positive. Kristie demonstrated good communication throughout the process and kept us well informed throughout.We were not entirely happy with the initial 'valuation' accuracy as we ended up settling for a figure less that what was originally 'guaranteed' by Kristie. We also feel as though some issues with the house could have been identified earlier had a thorough inspection taken place, and included in the sale contract- resulting in some last minute stress and financial outlay.
