Sent my boat in for a service and was told they would send me a quote. Without authorisation sent me an invoice for $13k - just did all sorts of work! Be careful if you use them - don’t trust them to look after you.

Most recently they extracted the motor so that I could send it to Queensland to the only Gardner diesel specialist in Australia for its first scheduled overhaul : 100,000 hours. Highly recommended for a quick and reliable service! Hamish tried to troubleshoot our engine troubles via facetime and figured out that there was an internal problem. Thanks for the excellent customer service on all levels. We are live-aboard sailors visiting Sydney and needed work completing before we could continue our journey north.Superior Marine was upfront from the start and told us we’d have a 10 week wait for service as they are so busy. After years of having boat mechanics trying to sting me for every single dollar they can and making up problems that don't exist i was not expecting the level of service and quality of work these guys did.
