I was sick as a dog and unable to get out when I rang Redland Bay Chemist. I received professional and friendly advice and service and medications were delivered to me due to my situation. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend and a great big thank you to staff.

I visit often and have noticed their friendly staff constantly take the time to understand their customers needs and recommend suitable options. There seems to be a level of personal interest in their customers wellbeing, which is very much appreciated.

Ten stars for outstanding customer care and service. My 80yo wife was diagnosed with covid on a Sunday. The GP e-mailed a script for antiviral medication to the pharmacy just as it was closing for the day. I was reconciled to having to wait those many hours before getting the medication the next day, but - unasked - someone from the pharmacy delivered it to my home mid-afternoon on the Sunday. This gave my wife a head-start on treatment, and was very much appreciated. A rare thing, these days, to find such proactive service and someone running the extra mile.

Have been a customer since 2005, staff are awesome, in and out for a script in 5 minutes due to the Robot setup.

I have no comments on the product but am little concerned on your customer services. I have seen this pharmacist for few times and have noticed that she is very rude and not giving a good information about medicines or the product. I am not sure if it is due to management issues or some other internal problems . Truly very disappointed with her attitude towards customers. I would only say one thing, if you can’t work in an environment where you have to deal with people then you have to consider to change your job that suits you rather than staying in a place that you don’t like and tarnishing the good name of the business. My advise to the management is that to conduct personal development(PD) courses especially on how to provide a high quality customer service. If I see again this sort of ignorance behaviour among the workers here in future, i would definitely consider of going to chemist warehouse at Vicky Point. Honestly, their customer service is heaps many times better than your pharmacy. Sorry to say this but i have to say as it will give you an opportunity to improve your services in future.
