The Jervo Renovation team were incredibly professional and easy to work with. Last year I had my bathroom, 3 bedrooms and outdoor area completely renovated. Ilya was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and delivered the completed job within the discussed time frame and budget. I was extremely pleased with the quality workmanship, so much so, I am scheduled to have the remainder of my home renovated by the Jervo team towards the end of this year!

This is a quality team that is both attentive to the changing demands of a renovation and offers ready alternatives if the situation requires.Two particular strengths of Jervo which impressed me are that they are very easy to speak with about aspects of the job – always keeping me informed about it's progress, and about any difficulties which required a discussion so to resolve; and the craftsmanship of their work– sometimes taking time when it is truly required so to achieve a quality product.Ilya and Vlad worked hard to achieve a result I am very pleased with.

A full bathroom renovation to an existing house presents a lot of challenges but the Jervo Renovations team were not only ableto provide a high quality finished product but guide me on many of the critical decisions of bathroom fitting selections, colour matchingand layout. I conducted a wide survey of providers across Sydney, and Jervo promptly responded to all the changes I proposed before awardingthe contract.During construction there was an opportunity for me to vary the scope of work and for each change, negotiations were fairand considerate. Jervo Renovations do a professional job and kept me fully informed on their progress. We have engaged Ilya for our recent home renovations and general maintenance which include reorganising our garage access from laundry into the Kitchen to the corridor, and convert the laundry into butler's pantry cum laundry. Additionally, Ilya also has replaced / repaired the cladding around house where needed.During this assignment, we found Ilya to be very thorough and attention to the detail on what he does. Ilya is always easy to talk to and explain on our ideas. More importantly we found that he offers his expert advice if he thinks that something need to be considered in the process. He is always open and transparent with what he does.No surprise that, we are planning to engage him for our ongoing renovations. I had a few maintainance jobs that collected up as time went by. One became more urgent and Ilya came swiftly to my rescue! We are still working through the list. I'm very happy to have found him as he does excellent work in a timely manner. I'm pretty sure we will be needing more assistance in the future.

What a great job. A very tricky job. built in fire and chimney to be removed and wall and ceiling plastering to be done. Our home built in imperial times needed extra work to make the skirting and plaster match existing and fitted in before we had our new floor coverings installed. 100% happy customer! Nothing was too much trouble for Ilya to do. Will definitely keep his details for future work needed around our home. Thank You for fitting our job in so quickly.

We had our kids' bedrooms renovated and we are very pleased with Ilya and Vladimir's professionalism and craftsmanship. He is easy to talk to, very punctual, and takes great pride in the quality of his work. His fees are reasonably priced and would recommend ways on how we can work well within our budget without compromising the outcome. Ilya installed a manhole within an hour. He completed his own checks beforehand to determine where best to install the manhole and confidently and quickly finished the job. I'll definitely be using him for other home maintenance services!
