I dont write unfair reviews specially for small businesses. This is only feedback for you guys to improve on. I noticed a change in management?.. and pizzas now are nothing like they used to be.If you look at all reviews - ppl came to Crust for the best pizzas not for cheap ones. If they wanted cheap pizzas there is Dominos and Pizza Hut.. adjoining.Might want to rethink your strategy and increase quality of your pizzas rather than going for measly toppings

I Felt so sorry for the young crew working there. We were told 20 minutes and arrived then to pick up our order. Then we were told it was not ready and should not be long. 1 hour and 20 minutes later we finally got 2 of the 3 pizzas we ordered.The young lady gave me a full cash refund which was welcomed because the pizzas weren’t worth eating.Who ever owns this business needs to step up and help the young crew get it together. There were plenty of staff in there but little co-ordination.

Ordered at 7PM on a Saturday night and was given timeframe of 1hr 15mins....understand as Saturdays are probably the busiest night. However our order didn't arrive till 9PM - 2 hours, driver apologetic. Garlic bread was cold, one of the pizzas was wrong, and they looked like they'd been made by a child. I have been a fan of Crust since the original store opened in Annandale. I've had some fails over the years but they have finally driven me away

anyone wanting to order from this store only has to look in the back of the store to be turned off. food on the floor. equipment not cleaned over night, then used again the next day. look in the fridge and freezer. food stored on floor. and the fridge and freezers are never cleaned. i have seen in the back end of a lot of piza shops. and by far this store should be closed down asap. this store has now been reported to the food authority.this store is so bad i would not even drink a bottle of water that was sold in the store. you will never know what is on it.please i beg of everyone please do not go to this store. you will never be the same after it.ask if you can look out the back of the store see for your self. if they don't let you out there that's because they know how bad it is.lets all band together to get this store shut down.

Ordered 2 pizza's for delivery, was told 1 hour. Arrived 1 hour & 20 mins later, were burnt, with 30% less topping than my last order 5 weeks ago. Had to be reheated in the microwave as almost cold. No more chances Crust"

Don’t bother asking to talk to the manager he has enough in his plate as the franchisee doesn’t assist him with complaints.This new franchisee only cares about their bottom line figure. The store in fact cuts every cent from the wedges of lemon all the way to “forgetting” extra toppings.I have never seen a store crash so badly.When you staff have food hanging out the side of their mouth, wipe their hands on their shirts, handle cash then raw foods and don’t wash hands between you can tell it’s a lack of experience in the industry. I don’t blame the staff, it all comes from the franchisee.*Thank you for changing your tone in the comment to this, a lot better than the “fuck off” I got during the phone call.

Have been there a few times and also ordered delivery at a few instances.Pizza's are average !If you order delivery then the wait times may be extravagant and it's not really worth the wait. Even though I just ordered a couple of times but the wait times on both instances were close to 2hrs.If you order take away still the wait times could be quite a bit (easily 30 to 45minutes). Yes they are usually quite busy but a wait time of 30 to 45 minutes for a pizza is a bit too much for me.

Today I ordered 5 pizzas for me, my husband and my 3 grandchildren. My grandchildren had eaten here before, but I had not, so I decided to try it. The pepperoni pizza was outstanding and my children’s pizza came with a free juice. The pricing was very fair and reasonable and the delivery was very fast, only about 15 minutes and we don’t even live in Turramurra! The delivery man was extremely polite and kind. He asked me how my day was, and also made sure I hade everything before leaving. I will definitely be eating here again.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of service received for my order on the 8th JanThe order was received an hour after the expected time(2hr 20mins +) & without part of the order.The driver contacted the store & we were advised to call for a refund on the garlic bread. We contacted the store & advised the refund would occur.After opening the order, we each took a piece to eat but they were inedible as they were cold.Immediately I contacted the store again & was advised to leave them at the front door to collect….Not sure why this is necessary??I was then advised to take a photo to send to the manager to authorise the manager to refund the cold pizzas (along with the garlic bread that wasn’t delivered).I called back to confirm the photo was received & was then advised the manager will be back tomorrow?!?!My concern is the staff are unable to process a refund & I was told to wait until the manager contacted me?I am yet to hear from the manager over two weeks later !!I have called and emailed multiple times to no avail !!Really frustrating as my previous crust turramurra experience hasnt been this terrible ....
