NEVER recommend this agency to anyone. Unprofessional at all costs. Lisa the senior property manager breached our personal information to deal with a personal matter. She gave her friend our private information to which she turned up at our place acting like a crazy old lady the day we were leaving our rented property. Everything from there on was personal for Lisa while she was in her role as an agent. Sent an email to CEO and spoke to director ... nothing followed up. Never had my phone call returned even though we were told we would. How can you have such roles if you don't use your positions professionally? Sharing our private information is a breach of real estate obligations. The best part was that Lisa also handed us an outstanding reference (that wasn't worded correctly) and then left negative feedback with my current agent. This only made her look like a fool which in the end was to our success. Go educate yourselves!!!
