Don't limit yourself to just pies here, the fish burger, scones, almost everything is worth trying at this place.The view of course from the place is awesome, the service is quick and courteous as well. The place is definitely worth more than one visit.Coming from Sydney, the drive is pretty quick and good as well.

Nice views, plenty of parking, good location, nice pies and coffee along with friendly staff !But still the best is it’s lovely views down towards Brooklyn !

A tasty pie shop with a nice view. We ordered:1. Cauliflower and leek2. Beef Mince3. BeefThe shop also had a variety of vegetarian options, fruit pies, sausage rolls and coffee. Beef mince was probably my favorite! Staff was friendly and there were a lot of parking.

Delicious fresh pies, excellent staff and beautiful view. Come in early so you don't miss out on flavours that might run out. You might have to queue but the wait isn't too long.

Good vegetarian pie options.The best was cauliflower. Pumpkin was good too but not the vegetable pie(not worth the try)Also you see lot of bikers coming in to this place

Stopped by for a short break after a long drive. Had plenty of outdoor seatings with a nice view. Friendly staff. Loved the apple&rhubarb shortbread pie. Keen to try meat pies next time I visit!

“This is a great pie. The pastry’s good but it’s the mince, it’s great mince” my son’s feedback.So, PitS is an odd one. Part bike rider hang out, part scenic lookout, part gourmet pie shop, it’s a confusing chimera of a cafe.Located on a bend at the top of a hill overlooking national park, The Hawkesbury river and Brooklyn, you can marvel at the view while listening to the tranquil sounds of the Pacific Highway below and revving bike engines just out front.Having said that, yep the pie was good and we broke up a twisting turning drive along the old highway.Dogs welcome, cold pies available to take home, seating out back is open air. Suggestion: use the cutlery for the pies, it did get a bit messy.

Loved this place. Out for a drive along the old route as we explored the area during a holiday, and was glad this place was suggested for a stop. You can see why it’s popular with bikers, as the road it sits besides is awesome and the cafe provides exactly what a biker needs; good quality and wholesome foods, coffee / drinks and a toilet stop. The staff were helpful and friendly and there was plenty of metal in the car park to fulfil the voyeuristic needs of any bike enthusiast.The views across the valley from the outdoor seating area showed the endless woodland in which the cafe is set, but the real bonus was the promise of the road we travelled after finishing our snacks. This is OK on 4 wheels, but really has to be done on 2 wheels. I’ll be back.

Easily the best cheese and bacon pie I've possibly had hand down. Chucks of actual well cooked meat with soft and flakey pasty.100% would recommend

If not, in the whole of Sydney, most surely along the North Coast of Sydney, the BEST Pies. Situated in a scenic location with a wide variety of Pies. The choice is such you struggle to select the one with the best filling! They offer what is called Pie in a bag, one you get served immediately and you take to a table or seat and savour. The other is Pie on a plate, which is a meal with green peas and mash or chips with gravy. We had the Pie on a plate and it was yummy. I recommend the Beef Burgandy and the Lamb and honey mustard.We also had tge sweet Pie, Apple and Rhubarb, which again is highly recommended.
