We went in today to get a new sim set up for my mum’s new phone. We were fortunate to be served by the wonderful Jessica. She was so patient and set everything up for my mum that she needed. She spent a considerable amount of time with us and answered all our questions. Jessica had so much knowledge, patience and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Jessica from Maroubra Junction Optus store.

This store deserves more recognition and is far better off the other Optus stores. I was served by Chase and he was very clear and transparent about how to fix my services. He is very knowledgeable and honest. Thank you, Chase!

Redirected me to Eastgarden as soon as I mentioned prepaid activation problems. Wouldn't have bothered if I knew it was more useless than the Telstra franchise store that was here before, at least they tried.

1-star is still too good rating for this store. They hooked us into a very costly and complicated package for no valid reason. Their customer service is very appalling. We are so happy to move over to Vodafone today, much cheaper, faster service and better offers.They told us we could not move our phone number to another provider. That is not true. Yes, we easily can.Give other providers a chance and move away from Optus everyone. Too expensive and too bad of customer service.

Big thanks to Kevin I think his name was who helped me out yesterday as I was literally stuck between a rock and hard place when my phone had decided to literally die he helped me out the best he could and sorted me out with a new phone and did not add extras that I didn't need to drive the price up!

Really poor service and staff who just don't care. Still sorting out the mess they made with my contract 2 years later - getting regularly overbilled, and they're not honouring device insurance I've been paying for for two years.

The staff in the Maroubra store seem to do their job alright, however the manager is dishonest and unlawful. The manager adds unnecessary accessories onto the contract without customer consent and demands for additional compensations for these accessories. Furthermore, refuses to remove these accessories when requested. There are many other optus stores nearby where you can get your deal, so I would highly recommend avoiding this store in Maroubra. I guess it won’t be long before it closedown unless the manager is replaced. I would give 5 stars to the staff but I would give minus five stars if I can for this store manager. Bad and illegal activity and I definitely won’t be going back.

Too bad. I have been waiting for 30 minutes to get my service. There are 7 staff in the store but none of them take a look at me when I step into the store. I ask one of them that if they are in service (I can not make sure who is the staff because only one of them is wearing optus's uniform and other 6 people are sitting and chatting) and she told me yes but I have to wait until she finish her work.I'm really confused, only the girl with uniform are working and the six others are chatting(I'm sure they are all staff because I notice them using the computer)They just act as if they are having a family party, not at work.
