If you want a vet that actually cares about your pet, this is the best place for you. Dr Reinhard has done more for my cat in 2 consultations than any other vet has done in the several months we had previously spent trying to fix his illness.He is such a lovely person, he really takes the time to talk you through the issues and treatments given to your pet, and truly cares about the outcome for your pet.I cannot recommend this vet enough, after dealing with other places that treated my cat as a commodity, this place is truly a breath of fresh air. We visited Ipswich CBD vet today and he was wonderful. He was very informative when he diagnosed our dog with an allergic reaction. He was so kind to our dog and spent the time explaining the condition and what we could do to prevent it in the future. To be honest it was lovely to deal with a vet who wasn't trying to upsell or fear monger, just providing affordable and great vet care. Thanks and now we have found our new vet

DR Reinhard is the best vet in Ipswich and he is very knowledgeable,very affordable, very caring and treats all of my families pets with respect and will talk to the pet as he is treating them which is very calming to the pet. Would not use any other vet.

I love bringing my dogs to this clinic. We are always treated with kindness and compassion. I have found this place to be the most loving and understanding of my pets / fur babies. The Veterinarian is a kind and caring Gentleman. He was able to give me all the information that I was looking for. And gave my pup a thorough check over as well as his vaccinations.

The Ipswich CBD Veterinary clinic offered me only the best treatment for my dog that was suffering parvo. The veterinarian is experienced in his field and was very knowledgable at every stage of the treatment, he provided me with much needed advice for my dogs situation whenever i needed it and was genuinly intent on helping my dogs condition. Not only did he help me with very affordable medicine but when i asked about a chinese medicine i had researched he went above and beyond by researching it himself and providing me with the proper formulae i had asked about. Ultimately i could not be happier with the outcome of the treatment and my experience at the Ipswich CBD Vet as my dog survived without any major toll being taken on him. 10/10 in my books.

I do not agree with Alicia you can not give out a diagnosis over the phone with any animal they have to see the animal, it would make the vet liable if something happened, duty of care to take your pets into the vet if you think something harmful could be wrong, you use the phone to make an appointment not a diagnosis.My husband and I took our big puppy of 2 years old that has been suffering from a painful skin condition, immediately he got his treatment and is on his way to recovery, he treated brax very kindly and friendly my dog did not want to leave! Service is a 10/10 and prices for treatments and consultations are affordable and are within a great budget price.Thank you for helping out our dog and providing top quality service :)
