The buying experience was ok, staff always asking if I needed a hand. But when it came to a warranty the service and treatment was pretty poor. Needing warranty on a titleist bag, the staff member pulls my clubs out of my bag and exclaims, “I have the dirtiest clubs in Canberra” (I finished playing about an hour ago). Then later was told that “it’s just a poorly built bag and I should of bought something else” (it’s a $350 bag) by the same bloke who recommended the bag!I did end up getting a refund. I went to talk to the store manager about how the situation could of been dealt with better but he wasn’t really interested in the feedback.

Pretty decent shop for Canberra. I don't love that there is only like 2 shirt sizes per shirt style. Most of the time there isn't the right size. Staff always seem helpful and available. Just doesn't seem to be a super large range of things, aside from bags. So many bags.
